On the 1st Death Annivarsary of Padmabhushan Dr. Balasaheb Vikhe Patil a Cardiac Ambulance is donated by Shri.Swami Samartha Enterprises , Ahmednagar to Dr. Vitthalrao Vikhe Patil Pravara Rural Hospital.
The Ambulance is handed over to Medical Superitendent Col . Dr. N.S. Pawar by Dr. Rajendra Vikhe Patil, Pro chancellor, PIMS-DU & Master Dhruv Vikhe Patil On behalf of Shri. Swami Samartha Enterprises, Ahmednagar .

Bharati Vidyapeeth Medical Foundation’s Brharati Hospital and Research Center, Pune
had conducted Campus Interview at Pravara Institute of Medical Sciences – DU College of
Nursing for nursing graduates on 04.08.2017.
The interview was conducted by Mr. Pravin
Jadhav, Office Superintendent and his team. A total of 12 graduates (11 BSc and 01 PBBSc)
were selected and got the appointment order (placement).

We are pleased to inform that The UGC – University Grants Commission, New Delhi visited Pravara Institute of Medical Sciences (Deemed University) for Review of functioning on July 27 & & 28, 2017.
The team visited our university and constituent institutions and assessed curricular, co-curricular and extra-curricular activities of the college. The Team also had interaction with Management, University officials, dean/principals/MS and stake holders i.e Students, Patients , Faculty & non teaching staff.

The National Assessment And Accreditation Council (NAAC) has, in the second cycle, accredited Pravara Institute of Medical Sciences (Deemed University) an A grade with CGPA 3.17 . PIMS-DU is grateful for this acknowledgement of the excellence in quality of the education it imparts.
The peer team visited our university and constituent institutions and assessed curricular, co-curricular and extra-curricular activities of the college.
