Admission Process :

Medical / Dental Faculty

Admission to all Medical/Dental Undergraduate and postgraduate program will be on the basis of performance in the NEET .

Pursuant to the Hon�ble Supreme Court direction in WP(s) (Civil) No(s) 267/2017 Dar-Us-Slam Education Trust & Ors V/s MCI and Others dated 9/5/2017 , the admission to MBBS/BDS/Ms/Ms/MDS in constituent colleges of deemed Universities will be done by DGHS (Director General of Health Services, Govt of India ).

Hence all the All the desirous candidates willing to take admission in constituent colleges of Pravara Institute of Medical Sciences , Deemed University are requested to visit the website of Director General of Health Services, Ministry of Health & Family welfare Govt of India i.e. https://mcc.nic.in.

The desirous candidates are requested visit aforementioned website regularly for notice, registration./application process , counseling process as regards to admission process of MBBS/BDS / MD / MS / MDS.

Please Note that Registration on https://mcc.nic.in. is Mandatory for admissions in constituent colleges of Pravara Institute of Medical Sciences , Deemed to be University.

Distribution of Seats of MBBS/BDS/MD/MS/MDS Courses:

General Category : 85 % seats in this category.

FN (Foreign Nationals) / PIO(Persons of Indian Origin) / NRI(Non-Resident Indians) Category : 15 % seats in this category.


B.Sc Medical Radiology and Imaging Technology Program

Admissions will be purely on merit basis, aggregate marks obtained in the qualifying examination will be considered for deciding the merit. In case of equal marks in qualifying exam, the marks for PCB group will be compared for deciding merit.

The selection procedure will be decided by the university from time to time and will be followed for the selection of candidates.


Nursing / Physiotherapy & Alleid Health Sciences Faculty

Admission to all Undergraduate and postgraduate program will be on the basis of performance in the All India Entrance Test conducted by PIMS University.

Admissions to all courses offered by University is steered by Admission Committee consisting of experienced persons .

The Admission Committee is responsible for conduct of the entrance test, declaration of results and merit list, counseling and final admission to the courses.

The AICET (All India Entrance) is conducted at various places in India for selection of candidates for admission to various courses offered by the constituent colleges of PIMS University.

Mode of Entrance :

The duration of the AICET is of three hours.

The test is conducted on the predefined syllabus depending upon courses.

The question paper for the CET consists 200 multiple-choice questions (MCQ), each correct answer carries one mark.

There is no negative marking.

The AICET is conducted during May-June every year for undergraduate courses and in January for PG courses


Distribution of seats for Allied Health undergraduate courses :

General Category : 85 % seats of each course are in this category. The admission to this category will be made on the basis of interse- merit of the candidates at AICET .

FN (Foreign Nationals) / PIO(Persons of Indian Origin) / NRI(Non-Resident Indians) Category : 15 % seats of each course are allocated in this category.

Distribution of seats for Alleid health post graduate courses :

General Category : 50 % seats of each course are in this category. The admission to this category is made on the basis of interse- merit of the candidates at NEET/AICET .

Management Category : 50 % seats of each course are allocated in this category. The admission to this category is also made on the basis of interse- merit of the candidates at AICET .
