Overview:

Paediatric physiotherapy department caters to children with neurological, orthopedic, cardiorespiratory, burns and other problems. Also, we care for babies in NICU and PICU. Children with high risk of developmental delay are also attended by us with early intervention therapy. We also deal with specially abled children on OPD basis, including specially abled school children under Samagra Shiksha Abhiyan. Various techniques such as NDT, sensory integration therapy, Vojta, PNF, CIMT, CME therapy are used by our specialized therapists. Evidence based practice is integral part our treatment. We also have support by highly skilled counselor and orthotic and prosthetic department.

Research Activities: - Research to serve the various needs of paediatric physiotherapy and evidence based practice for health promotion and well being. - Many research projects and held in paediatric Physiotherapy department at different levels like undergraduate level, post graduate level and PhD level
