Abstract Submission


Abstract Guidelines

The abstract must be in English within 300 words (excluding title, author and institutional affiliations). It must be typed within the frame in the abstract form (using Times New Roman with font size 12). Please use MS-Word formats only.

Title must be bold having font size 14, in UPPERCASE and should be short and concise. The name of authors should follow immediately under the title in one line. Type initials and family name of authors in UPPERCASE, font size 11 with superscript numbers and underline the presenter's name.

DO NOT include degrees or professional designations. Name of the institution, city and country should be in lowercase, following immediately after the authors' names in accordance with superscript numbers, on the next line. Double line spacing should be there between the title, authors, institution and the body of the abstract.

Abstracts should be structured under following headings:
1) Introduction.
2) Aims and Objectives.
2) Methodology. 3) Results & Discussion.
4) Conclusions.
5) Keywords.

Use of standard abbreviations is desirable. Please use special or unusual abbreviation in brackets after the full word when it is used for the first time. Use numerals to indicate numbers, except to begin sentences. Do not include graphs, images and references in the abstract. Use single line vertical spacing and leave one line between paragraphs. Send your abstract on abstract2019mlam@gmail.com on and before 5th Oct. 2019.

Note: Only registered delegates are entitled to present the selected posters / papers. In email correspondence, please mention 'Abstract for Paper / Poster Presentation' in the subject line. Abstracts and articles will be reviewed and rated by scientific committee prior to final decision on acceptance. Few abstracts will be selected for oral presentation. Scientific research papers will be preferred over case reports.

** Abstracts and Articles must be original and must not have been published or presented earlier.
*** Two prizes (first and second) with certificates for oral and poster presentation will be awarded. For prize in oral presentations, only scientific research presentations will be considered.
